Fairino FR20 – Palletizer with or without lifting column

Modular Palletizing Solutions with the Fairino FR20

The FR20 palletizing station is available in two versions: with lifting column (lifting range 1140–1670 mm, 45 mm/s) and without lifting column (fixed height 1100 mm). Depending on the gripper and product size, the versions allow an approximate stacking height of 1800 mm (without) and up to 2370 mm (with lifting column). Both versions operate on AC 220 V, 400 W. Pallet sizes: 1200×1000 mm / 1200×800 mm. The mobile unit can be moved by one person, total weight approx. 280 kg (with lifting column).

Control is provided via touch panel, WebApp or mobile devices. Graphical programming (drag & drop) and SDKs for C#/C++/Python enable fast commissioning. Interfaces: Modbus, TCP/IP, digital I/Os; optional Profinet, EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP. The integrated Fairino palletizing software allows easy configuration without programming knowledge.

Ideal for packaging, logistics and machine loading, with multi-level palletizing for variable product sizes. The FR20 offers high payload capacity, extended reach and modular flexibility – efficient, scalable and easy to integrate.
