Modular Palletizing Solutions with the Warsonco WSC-MD30 Max

The WSC-MD30 Max palletizing robot is available in two versions: with lifting column (lifting range 1200–2200 mm, 30 mm/s) and without lifting column (fixed height 1600mm). Depending on the gripper and product size, the versions allow an approximate stacking height of 1600 mm without and 2600 mm with lifting column. Both versions operate on AC 380 V, 3500 W. Pallet sizes: 1200×1000 mm / 1200×800 mm. The mobile unit can be moved by two persons, total weight approx. 350 kg (with lifting column).

Control is provided via touch panel, Web terminal or industrial control host. Graphical programming (drag & drop) and SDKs for C#/Python/Java enable fast commissioning. Interfaces: Modbus, TCP/IP, RS-485, digital I/Os; optional Profinet, EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP. The integrated WarsoncoWarsonco intelligent palletizing software allows easy configuration without programming knowledge, supporting AI visual adaptation.

Ideal for food, medicine, daily chemicals, logistics and production line end palletizing, with multi-level palletizing for variable product sizes – efficient, flexible and easy to integrate.
