The robotic arm mounted at the rear of the specially developed rover is used to collect and store rock samples from a simulated Martian surface for later analysis. In addition, the ReBeL's robotic arm operates a maintenance switch panel, whereby it can autonomously disconnect and connect specific switching sequences and plug connections.

The ReBeL 6DOF is an excellent alternative to conventional manufacturers. It is ideal for our applications as it is lighter in weight and still offers the required precision. The plug-and-play software also makes it easy to automate processes.
