Precise connector assembly with igus room gantry

In order to be able to offer the customer the ideal solution, we test the majority of applications in our Customer Testing Area in Cologne.

In this application, contacts were to be mounted fully automatically in the connector. Due to the repeat accuracy of +- 0.5 mm of our portals, we designed a test setup for the customer.

This was successfully completed and the customer was offered the optimum solution.
