Universal Vision Sensor for Recognition and Identification

The O2U550 is a universal industrial vision sensor designed for object recognition, code reading, and character identification (OCR) applications. With integrated image processing, it provides high reliability and flexibility in automation systems.

The device is capable of identifying objects, reading 1D and 2D codes (such as barcodes, QR codes, and DataMatrix), and performing optical character recognition, making it ideal for traceability, inspection, and quality control processes.

Equipped with a high-resolution image sensor (1280 × 960 pixels) and integrated infrared illumination, it delivers excellent performance in low-contrast applications, reflective surfaces, and challenging lighting conditions, minimizing the influence of object color.

The O2U550 features comprehensive industrial interfaces, including TCP/IP, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, and IO-Link, as well as configurable digital inputs and outputs, allowing easy integration into automation systems.
