The All-in-One Package for optimal part separation
The VarioFeed from Variobotic enables a simple and flexible feeding solution that is also cost-effective. The Advanced combination consists of the VarioShaker 270 component separator, the DOBOT M1 (Pro) robot, as well as a feeding system and an image processing solution. The DOBOT M1 industrial robot impresses in the solution with high accuracy (+- 0.02 mm) and, together with the VarioShaker 270, achieves up to 20 picks/min. The application is characterized by simple operation and fast commissioning. The all-in-one package allows various work steps to be automated, such as in the pick and place area.
